One Mining Law Provision Stricken by the Constitutional Court

After Law No.4 of 2009 on Mineral and Coal Mining (“Mining Law”) was challenged twice with the ruling of MK Decision over case No. 25/PUU-VIII/2010 (see ILB No. 1937 ), and case No. 30/PUU-VIII/2010 (see ILB No. 1938 ), the Constitutional Court (MK) rendered another decision, namely decision over case No. 32/PUU-VIII/2010 (“32/2010 Decision”) on 4 June 2012.
