The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued Regulation No. 58/POJK.04/2017 on the Electronic Submission of Registration Statements and Applications for Corporate Actions (“ Regulation 58/2017 ”). Regulation 58/2017 has been issued in a bid to improve services to issuers and public companies (collectively referred to as “ Parties ”) within the capital market through the utilization of information technology.
