Optimizing Government Investments through Shares and Bonds

Regulation of the Government No. 63 of 2019 on Government Investments (“ Regulation 63/2019 ”) has been issued and updates the regulatory framework for the management of government investments. Previously, this regulatory framework was set out under Regulation of Government No. 1 of 2008 which bore the same title and which was amended through the issuance of Regulation of Government No. 49 of 2011 (collectively referred to as “ Previous Regulation ”).
