Organization of Periodic Testing by Auto-Repair Shops Owned by Trademark Holder Agents or by the Private Sector

The Governor of The Special Capital Region of Jakarta (“ Governor ”) has issued Regulation No. 37 of 2018 on the Organization of Periodic Testing by Auto-Repair Shops Owned by Trademark Holder Agents or by the Private Sector (“ Regulation 37/2018 ”), as an implementation of Article 61 of Regulation of the Governor No. 5 of 2014 on Transportation (“ Regulation 5/2014 ”).
