Outsourcing: Implementation of Constitutional Court Decision

Director General of Industrial Relations and Labor Social Security Circular Letter No. B.31/PHIJSK/I/2012 (“Circular”) has been issued to implement Constitutional Court Decision No. 27/PUU-IX/2011 , dated 17 January 2012. As previously reported , the Constitutional Court held that the phrase “temporary work contract” in Article 65 (7) and Article 66 (2) (b) of Law No. 13 of 2003 on Labor (“Labor Law”) is unconstitutional.
