The President is currently completing work on a new Draft Regulation on the Protection of Online Transportation Workers (“ Draft Regulation ”). Upon official enactment, it will have to be complied with by all Online Transportation Application Companies (Perusahaan Aplikasi Transportasi Online– “ Application Companies ”) and Online Transportation Companies (Perusahaan Transportasi Online- " Transportation Companies ") (collectively referred to as “ Companies ”), as well as by Online Transportation Workers.
