Parcels and Gifts - "Can You or Can't You," this is the question

This is the season of Idul Fitri parcels and gifts - a long standing tradition in Indonesia. Nevertheless, the tradition is not without its critics, particularly when the system is seen as prone to abuse through the attempts to curry favor with superiors, government departments and agencies, or private businesses seeking to gain an advantage over their competitors. Unfortunately, this is a case of a few bad seeds ruining the whole crop.
