PAUD, Elementary and Secondary Educational Units Required to Establish Violence Prevention and Handling Teams

The Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (“ Minister ”) has recently updated the legal framework for the prevention and handling of incidents of violence at educational institutions (collectively referred to as “ Prevention and Handling ”), through the issuance of Regulation No. 46 of 2023 (“ Regulation 46/2023 ”). Previously, these matters were addressed under Regulation of the Minister No. 82 of 2015 (“ Regulation 82/2015 ”), which was repealed and replaced through the promulgation of Regulation 46/2023 on 4 August 2023.
