The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has officially issued 14 regulations that relate to the imposition of Value Added Tax (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai– “ PPN ”) and Income Tax (Pajak Penghasilan– “ PPh ”) in the wake of the issuance of Law No. 7 of 2021 on the Harmonization of Tax Regulations (“ Law 7/2021 ”). These regulations also address the recent PPN tariff increase, which has been set at 11% since 1 April 2022. [1]
