People-Powered Palm Oil: Agencies Organizing Human Resources Development Activities Required to Submit Periodic Reports to BPBD

Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 5 of 2025 (“ Regulation 5/2025 ”), which officially came into force on 10 February 2025, addresses a wide array of aspects and activities that are being aimed at the further development of the human resources of palm-oil plantations. [1] Now, as a follow-up to this mandate, [2] the Director-General of Plantations at the Ministry of Agriculture (“ Director-General ”) has issued Decree No. 40/KPTS./KB.020/E/05/2025 on Technical Guidelines for the Development of Human Resources for Plantations under the Framework of Palm-Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (Badan Pengelola Dana Perkebunan– “ BPDP ”) Funding (“ Decree 40/2025 ”), which officially came into force on 5 May 2025.
