Plantation Commodity Exporters Experiencing Cash-Flow Difficulties May Now Request 12-Month Installment Payments for Outstanding Export Levies

The Plantation Fund Management Agency (Badan Pengelola Dana Perkebunan– “ BPDP ”) has issued Regulation of the President Director No. PER-4/BPDP/2026 on Procedures for the Collection of Export Levies on Plantation Commodities and/or Derivative Products (“ Regulation 4/2026 ”). This new framework officially repeals and replaces Regulation of the President Director of the Palm-Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency No. PER-3/DPKS/2024 on Procedures for the Imposition of Export Levies on Palm Oil, Crude Palm Oil and/or Derivative Products (“ Regulation 3/2024 ”).
