PNBP Tariff Waivers at the Ministry of Public Works Expanded: Associations Now Listed as Beneficiaries

The Minister of Public Works (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 11 of 2026 (“ Regulation 11/2026 ”) on Amounts, Requirements and Procedures for the Imposition of Non-Tax State Revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak– “ PNBP ”) Tariffs as Low as Rp. 0.00 (Zero Rupiah) or 0% (Zero Percent) on Types of PNBP Applicable at the Ministry of Public Works (“ Ministry ”). The enforcement of Regulation 11/2026 has now resulted in the repeal and replacement of Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing No. 5 of 2024 (“ Regulation 5/2024 ”), which bore a similar title to Regulation 11/2026.
