The Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency has now issued Regulation No. 2 of 2020 (“ Amendment ”), which amends Regulation of the Minister No. 4 of 2015 on Procedures for the Implementation of Public-Private-Partnership Schemes for the Procurement of Infrastructure (“ Regulation 4/2015 ”) [1] in the hope of being able to improve the effectiveness of public-private-partnership (“ PPP ”) schemes.
