PPSPM Prevention Guidelines for Futures Brokers and Physical Traders of Crypto-Assets Updated: New Mandatory Measures and Internal Control Mandate Introduced

In 2017, the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi– “ Bappebti ”) issued Regulation No. 10 of 2017 (“ Regulation 10/2017 ”), which addressed various matters relating to the prevention of the funding of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (Pendanaan Proliferasi Senjata Pemusnah Massal– “ PPSPM ”) by futures brokers (“ Brokers ”).
