The President has issued Regulation No. 9 of 2013 on Management of Upstream Oil and Gas Activities (“2013 Regulation”). The 2013 Regulation is a follow up to the Constitutional Court Decision No. 36/PUU-X/2012 on the judicial review of Law No. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas, which dissolved BP Migas (See ILB No. 2036 ).
