Priority Channels - Amended Regulation

Improvement of the investment climate pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Instruction (Inpres)No. 3 of 2006has meant that the Directorate General for Customs has had to issue a Regulation,No. P-06/BC/2006, to amend RegulationNo. 11/BC/2005on Priority Channels. The purpose of the Regulation is to facilitate the movement from the current level of 71 importers to the mandated level of 100 importers by June 2006 (see ILB 3/3/2006).
