Privatization Committee for Incorporated Companies - Presidential Decree

An integral part of the Financial Sector Policy Package (PKSK / Paket Kebijakan Sektor Keuangan) was the review, amendment, and perfection of the financial sector regulatory. The policy package set out a number of time frames for certain legislation to be enacted. The PKSK Implementation Team has completed 22 of the 24 tasks required under the PKSK. Of the 22 tasks completed 13 of these were completed in the period of September 2006 and October 2006. One of the 13 was the issue of a Presidential Decree establishing the Privatization Committee for Incorporated Companies (PCIC).
