Procedure for Calculation and Determination of Pipeline-Based Natural Gas Transportation Tariffs Revised

Procedures for calculations and determinations of tariffs for the pipe-based transportation of natural gas (“ Transportation Tariffs ”), as previously stipulated under Regulation of the Downstream Oil-and-Gas Regulatory Agency (Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas– “ BPH Migas ”) No. 34 of 2019 and its Amendment (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 34/2019 ”), [1] has now been repealed and replaced by Regulation of BPH Migas No. 1 of 2023 (“ Regulation 1/2023 ”).
