Procedure for Investment Partnerships Between Large-Scale Enterprises and MSMEs Introduced

In order to accelerate the development of micro-, small- and medium-scale enterprises (“ MSMEs ”) across areas of Indonesia, win-win collaborations that are initiated with large-scale enterprises based on mutual trust will be required. In order to achieve this objective, the Minister of Investment/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 1 of 2022 on the Procedure for the Implementation of Partnerships Within the Investment Sector Between Large-Scale Enterprises and Micro-, Small- and Medium-Scale Enterprises in Areas (“ Regulation 1/2022 ”).
