Procedure for Registration for Goods in Relation to Security, Safety, Health and the Environment Regulated Further

The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation of the Minister No. 18 of 2019 on Testing Methods and Procedures for the Registration, Supervision, Termination of Trade Activities and Withdrawal of Goods in Relation to Security, Safety, Health and the Environment (“ Regulation 18/2019 ”) as an implementing regulation of Article 12 of Regulation of the President No. 63 of 2018 on the Determination and Registration of Goods in Relation to Security, Safety, Health and the Environment.
