The Minister of Industry has issued Regulation No. 65/M-IND/Per/7/2011 on Procedures for Rendering Industry Business Permit and Expansion Permit in Free Trade Zones and at the Sabang Seaport (“Regulation”) as an implementation of Article 8 of Government Regulation No. 83 of 2010 on Government’s Authority Delegation to the Sabang Council (“PP 83/2010”). The Regulation consists of ten chapters and 48 articles.
