Procedures for Modifying Production-Forest Areas

The Minister of Environmental Affairs and Forestry (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. P.45/Menlhk/Setjen/HPL.0/5/2016 on Procedures for the Modification of Areas Subject to Forest Product Utilization Permits in Production Forests (“Regulation”), in order to improve the efficiency of areas of production forest in terms of both their use and administration.
