Procedures for Securing Import and/or Export Recommendations for Other Fuels Addressed

In order to address the issue of import recommendations and export recommendations for fuels originating from sources other than oil, gas and processed products (“ Other Fuels ”), the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 20 of 2019 on Procedures for the Issuance of Export Recommendation and Import Recommendation for Other Fuels as Industrial Raw Materials and Auxiliary Materials (“ Regulation 20/2019 ”).
