In order to introduce extra provisions that specifically address the issue of destroyed lands, as originally dealt with under Regulation of the Government No. 18 of 2021 on the Right-to-Manage, Land Rights, Multistory Housing Units and Land Registrations [1] (“ Regulation 18/2021 ”), [2] the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head at the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 17 of 2021 (“ Regulation 17/2021 ”), which specifically addresses the following matters:
