Procedures for the Determination of HPL and Land Rights Updated

In a bid to implement various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 18 of 2021 on the Right-to-Manage, Land Titles, Multistory Housing Units and Land Registrations (“ Government Regulation 18/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) has now issued Regulation No. 18 of 2021 (“ Regulation 18/2021 ”) on Procedures for the Determination of the Right to Manage (Hak Pengelolaan– “ HPL ”) and Rights over Land.
