Procedures for the Granting of Domestic Product Utilization Awards Introduced

In order to show appreciation for users and manufacturers that have demonstrated support for the utilization of domestic products (collectively referred to as “ Parties ”), the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 4 of 2023 on Procedures for the Granting of Domestic Product Utilization Awards (“ Regulation 4/2023 ”). The issuance of Regulation 4/2023 also fulfills the mandate set under Regulation of the Government No. 29 of 2018 on the Empowerment of Industry. [1]
