Circular of the Board of Directors of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“ KSEI ”) No. 4012/DIR/0521 (“ Circular 4012/2021 ”) was recently issued and sets out guidelines for the implementation of e-Proxy and e-Voting modules via the eASY.KSEI app for General Meetings of Shareholders (Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham– “ RUPS ”), as well as modules for the broadcasting of RUPS via AKSes facilities in the Zoom webinar format. These modules are expected to be implemented for RUPS which will be held from 28 June 2021 onwards. The module guidelines address the following aspects:
