Procedures for the Organization of Sustainable Construction Updated

As a follow up to the issuance of Regulation of the Government No. 14 of 2021 on the Amendment to Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2020 on the Implementing Regulation to Law No. 2 of 2017 on Construction Services, [1] the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 9 of 2021 (“ Regulation 9/2021 ”), which contains updated guidelines on the organization of the sustainable construction approach. Regulation 9/2021 has now repealed and replaced Regulation of the Minister No. 05/PRT/M/2015 on General Guidelines for the Implementation of Sustainable Construction for the Organization of Infrastructure Within the Public Works and Housing Sector (“ Regulation 5/2015 ”).
