Procedures for the Provision of Government Guarantees for the Implementation of Government Food Reserves Regulated

The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 34 of 2023 on Procedures for the Provision of Government Guarantees Within the Context of the Implementation of Government Food Reserves (“ Regulation 34/2023 ”), in order to implement the mandate originally set out under Regulation of the President No. 125 of 2022 on the Organization of Government Food Reserves.
