The government has issued Regulation on Procedures for the Provision of Grants to Foreign Governments/Foreign Agencies (“ Regulation 48/2018 ”) which will serve as a legal framework for the Indonesian Government during the provision of grants in the form of money to foreign governments/foreign agencies (“ Foreign Recipients ”). [1] In terms of the procedures which should be followed during the provision of grants to Foreign Recipients, the following matters are specifically addressed:
