Procedures for the Provision of Unemployment Insurance Program Benefits Regulated

In order to implement various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 37 of 2021 on the Organization of the Unemployment Insurance Program (“ Regulation 37/2021 ”) [1] , the Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 15 of 2021 (“ Regulation 15/2021 ”), which specifically sets out procedures for the provision of Unemployment Insurance(Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan– “ JKP ”).
