The Minister of Law and Human Rights (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 1 of 2016 (“Amendment”) in order to amend Regulation No. 4 of 2014 on the Procedures for Submitting Applications for the Validation of Legal Entities and Approval and Notification for the Amendment of Limited-Liability Companies’ Constitutions and Information (“2014 Regulation”).
