Procedures to Determine Excise on Tobacco Products Reregulated

The Director General of Customs and Excise (“Director General”) has issued Regulation No. PER-40/BC/2014 on Procedures to Determine Excise on Tobacco Products (“2014Regulation”). Previously matters covered under the 2014 Regulation, was regulated under Director General Regulation No. PER-52/BC/2012 , as amended by Regulation No. 37/BC/2013 (“2012 Regulation”).
