Procurement Guidelines for Government Goods and Services - Amended

The Government has issued a 5th series of amendments (Presidential RegulationNo. 79 of 2006) to Presidential DecreeNo. 80 of 2003on the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Procurement of Government Goods and Services. The primary purpose of the amendments is to facilitate and expedite the procurement of housing for the Acehnese, Nias, and North Sumatra communities that are still waiting for these basic facilities in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake and tsunami of almost 2 years ago.
