The State Minister for National Development Planning and the Head of the National Development Planning Board has issued a Letter confirming Media Indonesia as the national newspaper of choice for the notification and announcement of the procurement of goods and services for government for the period from 6 June 2006 through to 5 June 2007. This confirmation is based on Article 4A of Presidential RegulationNo. 8 of 2006which is the fourth amendment of Presidential DecreeNo. 80 of 2003(see ILB 29/3/2006).
