Producers of Electric Motorcycles to Receive Government Reimbursements of up to Rp. 7 Million

As one of a range of efforts aimed at increasing the purchasing power of the general public in relation to Two-Wheeled, Battery-Powered Electric Motor Vehicles (“ Electric Motorcycle ”), [1] the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 6 of 2023 (“ Regulation 6/2023 ”) on Guidelines for the Provision of Government Assistance for Purchases of Electric Motorcycles (collectively referred to as “ Assistance Program ”), which has been in force since 20 March 2023.
