The Director-General of Air Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation (“ Director-General ”) has issued Decree (“ Decree 20/2024 ”) on Technical Guidelines for the Issuance of Aviation Security Personnel Licenses (“ Technical Guidelines ”), which has been in force since 20 June 2024. [1] Previously, the applicable Technical Guidelines were set out under Decree of the Director-General , which bore the same title as Decree 20/2024 (“ Decree 19/2022 ”) and which has now been repealed and replaced. [2]
