Prohibition on Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition under the Framework of the Draft Implementing Regulation to the Job Creation Law

In order to implement various provisions that specifically address the prohibition of monopolistic and unfair business competition practices, as originally set out under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”) that amended a number of provisions originally addressed under Law No. 5 of 1999 on the Prohibition on Monopolistic and Unfair Business Competition Practices (“ Monopoly Law ”), [1] the government is currently preparing a Draft Regulation of the Government on the Implementation of the Prohibition of Monopolistic and Unfair Business Competition Practices (“ RPP Anti-Trust ”).
