Provision of KUR within the Tourism Sector Further Regulated

In line with the mandate set out under Regulation of the Coordinating Minister of Economics as the Head of the Financing Policy Committee for Micro-, Small- and Medium-Scale Enterprises No. 11 of 2017 on Guidelines for People’s Business Credit, the Minister of Tourism (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 16 of 2019 on Guidelines for the Technical Implementation of People’s Business Credit within the Tourism Sector (“ Regulation 16/2019 ”).
