Provisions for Transition Phase of PSBB Adjusted

The Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta (“ DKI Jakarta ”) recently issued Regulation No. 80 of 2020 (“ Regulation 80/2020 ”), which adjusts various provisions relating to the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (pembatasan sosial berskala besar– “ PSBB ”) during the transition phase to a healthy, safe and productive public. Previously, said provisions were addressed under the short-lived and now-repealed Regulation of the Governor of DKI Jakarta No. 51 of 2020 (“ Regulation 51/2020 ”), [1] which bore the same title as Regulation 80/2020.
