In an effort to improve public services and meet the general public’s needs regarding national passports, as well as to provide greater legal certainty in terms of the imposition of fees, the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 18 of 2022 (“ Amendment ”), as an amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 8 of 2014 on Regular Passports and Passport Replacement Travel Letters (“ Regulation 8/2014 ”).
