Provisions on Assessments of LJKNB Soundness Levels Updated

In an effort to increase the effectiveness of assessments of the soundness levels of Non-Bank Financial Service Institutions (Lembaga Jasa Keuangan Non-Bank– “ LJKNB ”) through the implementation of a risk-based approach, [1] the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued Regulation No. 28/POJK.05/2020 on Assessments of the Soundness Levels of Non-Bank Financial Service Institutions (“ Regulation 28/2020 ”).
