Provisions on Corporate Environmental and Social Responsibility Updated

The Minister of Social Affairs (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 9 of 2020 on Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (“ Regulation 9/2020 ”), which updates provisions that address the implementation of the commitment of corporations to contribute to sustainable social development, as a part of efforts to increase both the quality of life and the environment for local communities and citizens generally.
