The Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 26 of 2020 on Visa and Stay Permits During the New-Normal Adaptation Period (“ Regulation 26/2020 ”) has now relaxed the temporary ban on foreign citizens entering Indonesia. This ban was previously addressed under Regulation of the Minister No. 11 of 2020 (“ Regulation 11/2020 ”), which has now been repealed and replaced through the issuance of Regulation 26/2020.
