Provisions on Housing Financing Facilities under BPJS for Labor Updated

In an effort to boost property ownership through housing financing facilities offered under the Old-Age Benefits Program (Program Jaminan Hari Tua– “ JHT ”) organized by the Social Security Agency for Labor (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosisal Ketenagakerjaan– “ BPJS for Labor ”), the Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) recently introduced an amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 35 of 2016 on Procedures for the Granting, Requirements and Types of Additional Facilities under the Old-Age Benefits Program (“ Regulation 35/2016 ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 17 of 2021 (“ Amendment ”).
