In a bid to accelerate the implementation of licensing services for imports and exports of horticultural seeds, the Minister of Agriculture (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 17/PERMENTAN/HR.060/4/2018 of 2018 (“ Amendment ”), which amends Regulation of the Minister No. 15/PERMENTAN/HR.60/5/2017 on Imports and Exports of Horticultural Seeds (“ Regulation 15/2017 ”).The Amendment redefines several matters relating to imports and exports of horticultural seeds, including the following:
