The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 47 of 2018 (“ Fourth Amendment ”), which amends Regulation of the Minister No. 20/M-DAG/PER/4/2014 on the Control and Oversight of the Procurement, Distribution and Sale of Alcoholic Beverages (“ Regulation 20/2014 ”) for a fourth time. [1] Prior to the issuance of the Fourth Amendment, Regulation 20/2014 was amended three times previously, most recently through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 32/M-DAG/PER/5/2016 (collectively referred to as “ Previous Amendments ”). [2] In essence, the Fourth Amendment redefines several provisions originally set out under Regulation 20/2014 which address the following matters:
