As a result of the ongoing Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, which is having a significant impact upon banks that are facing difficulties submitting their reports in a complete, accurate, current and timely manner, [1] Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) has now re-extended the deadline for the implementation of BI’s integrated reporting system through the issuance of Regulation No. 23/8/2021 (“ Second Amendment ”), which stands as the second amendment to Regulation of BI No. 21/9/PBI/2019 on Integrated Commercial Bank Reports (“ Regulation 9/2019 ”). [2] Regulation 9/2019 was previously amended through the issuance of Regulation of BI No. 22/22/PBI/2020 (“ First Amendment ”).
