Provisions on Licensed Land Surveyors Reregulated

The Head of the National Land Agency (“Head of Agency”) has issued Regulation No. 9 of 2013 on Licensed Surveyors (“2013 Regulation”). The 2013 Regulation sets out the requirements and mechanisms for registering land surveyors and assistant surveyors who can be assigned work by the National Land Agency (“Agency”) in performing its land registration duties.
