Provisions on Palm-Oil Plantation Funds Re-Amended

With the objective of improving the overall implementation of the development of palm-oil plantations facilities and infrastructure, as well as the utilization of biodiesel fuel, [1] the government has issued Regulation of the President (“ Second Amendment ”), which is the Second Amendment to Regulation of the President on the Gathering and Utilization of Palm Oil Plantation Funds (“ Regulation 61/2015 ”). [2] In order to achieve the abovementioned goal, the Second Amendment redefines provisions which relate to the following matters:
